Beijing Rocks China's music scene

I would advise anyone interested in the music scene in China to check out RETROS (Rebuilding the Rights of Statues). While most of the popular bands, like Hedgehog and Car Sick Cars are mainly following Western styles, RETROS have their own sound.

Check them out!

Yes, any links would be great. I can't find any info on them.
I've recently begun checking out alternative Chinese music scene and would love to hear more.

Particularly the Canto duet My Little Airport and HK's Elf Fatima, and Beijing's Lonely China Day.
Unique sound intrigues me most certainly smile.gif

Hang On The Box pretty much follow the Western style but their older stuff is really cool, especially since it's sung in poor English...
