Uploaders Rules and Guide: Please Read and Follow Carefully

Torrents violating these rules may be deleted without notice:

General:

• ALL users are bound to these rules, NO exceptions.
• PLEASE read the News section/forums to understand terms before diving in as an uploader.
• A Notice/PM might be given after deletion(nuke), but don't expect it.
• Do NOT upload more than you or your internet connection can handle and seed at a decent rate!!!
• Do NOT upload torrents if you are NOT going to seed them !!!
• Make sure your torrents are well-seeded for at least 24 of the first 48 hours, or until 3 additional seeders have been created.
• If you cannot seed continuously then indicate when you will be available to seed your upload(s). (If you disappear for a few days without reason while seeding your torrents it will be deleted.)
• Do NOT upload new material if you have not finished any previous uploads from a different day.
• Do NOT upload torrents with multiple tracker URL's, we have a private tracker patch installed. Which means nobody will be able to download from you.
• You MUST make a new torrent made from content you have at hand.
• Do NOT directly upload torrents from the tracker to other sites.
• All the data uploaded on the tracker must be unrared excluding sub files. No exception!!!
• If at all possible pick something from the requests to upload

Content:
Movies:

• Only media produced in South, Southeast, East Asian countries are allowed.
• Asian Map:{Click Image To Enlarge}
  
• Only original Language movies are allowed, the exceptions are English dub and Dual audio releases, and regions with different dialects,Ie China, India, Philipines etc... [Ie. a French or German dubbed language version of 'Game of Death' is NOT allowed].
• Media produced in other countries are allowed if they contain sufficient Asian contents with Mod approval (PM a moderator for approval).
• Retail DVD-Videos (Filmed content that is playable on a standard DVD-player), Blu Ray, VCDs, R5 releases
• TS, TC, CAM, DVD-Screeners, Pre-Release DVDs, Workprints, 'Boot Legs', or any other sub-DVD quality video are NOT allowed.
• Please provide English subs with any non hardsubbed movie rips (idx/subs, or .srt preferred)
  • If no English subs are available, uploader MUST indicate it clearly.
  • If English subs are found for a specific release that is already on the tracker, Only upload the subs in a new torrent.
• CAT III is allowed. A warning MUST be included in description. Refer to Description rules or Template[HERE]
• NO Streaming Videos

Music:

• Only full albums, soundtracks, compilations or boxsets are allowed.
• Only soundtracks of Asian movies, series or anime are allowed.
• Collection of one artist's or group's music videos is allowed/Concert videos are allowed.
• The minimum bitrates allowed is 128 kbps for MP3s, or 60kbps for AAC/OGG/MPC. Anything less will be deleted.
• Singles, single CD or single songs are NOT allowed
• "Mixed artist", "custom", personally picked music or music video collections NOT allowed.

TV Shows/Anime

• Fansubbed Series are allowed.
• Do NOT try to upload an entire series if you or your bandwidth cannot handle.
  
  
  • Please try to upload a few chapters at a time depending on what your connection can handle.
  • Large bandwidth users may, but remember many members have limited and slow connections so uploading a few chapters is preferred.
• Do NOT upload a series if you cannot complete it or Plan on completing it.// Do NOT upload incomplete series.
• TV and Anime shows with watermarks are allowed here as long as they do not obscure movie viewing.

Not Allow:

• NO Language Software
• Applications that can be useful for ripping, copying and backing up of DVD/movies or Music/Audio are NOT allowed.
• NO TOOLS, HOW-TO's OR ANYTHING TO DO WITH HACKING IS TO BE UPLOADED.
• Format conversion tools are NOT allowed.
• NO games are allowed.
• Media software/Codecs
• Pornography, Hentai, Bio videos are NOT allowed. Use our sister site http://www.yourexotic.com/
• Password-protected files and/or self-extracting compression is NOT allowed.
• NO e-books or text files
• NO Image files such as jpeg, gif, tiff, png, etc. Use description field for inclusion of any associated images
• NO hate inducing material of any kind.
• NO passworded archives of any type.(.rar, .zip, .ace, .tar, .7z, etc.)
• NO trojans or virus infected archives
  
  • Torrents infected with trojans, virus, adware, spyware, malware, etc. Meaning, if you also downloaded from elsewhere that may contain "extra" stuff, please clean it up before uploading.
  • Or post in description that certain anti-virus programs may detect the keygen/patch as a virus.
• NO lame referral schemes/adds/links/pages included in torrent

Re-encoding rules:

The following are allowable file types:

• Movie Files:
  • Allowed: AVI re-encodes, x264 re-encodes(.mkv or .avi), .divx, .xvid, .wmv, .ISO(+.mds), .rm or .rmvb, .ogm, .mp4, .mpeg, .mpg, .mov, .mkv(standard).
  • Exceptions: .vob, .m2ts, m2t, .vcd are allowed for full VCD, DVD or Blu Ray Rips ONLY, DO NOT USE for the purpose of recoding.
  • Not Allowed: .asf, .asx, .avs, .bin, .d2v, .swf(or any other streaming formats too many to name.), dvr-ms, .dat or any other format not listed.
• Audio Files:
  • Allowed: Wav, mp3, ogg, flac, wma, lossless.
  • Not Allowed: gsm, dct, au, aiff, vox, or any other format not listed.
• If you have a file(s) that is not allowed convert them to allowable format
• If this is your own re-encode, please provide the proper specs.
• Only FULL Retails movies rips are allowed. No Personal recodes from allowed files formats. (I.e. Avi converted to ISO(Full DVD) or rvmb to avi, etc.).
• Please do NOT upload "watermarked" videos, the exception is TV Drama and Anime series. (Exception can be made, but PM a Staff for approval.)
• All the data uploaded on the tracker must be unrared excluding sub files. No exception!!!

Rules For Description:

• ALL UPLOADS MUST HAVE REQUIRED MINIMUM COMPULSORY DESCRIPTION ITEMS. [DETAILS HERE]
• Improper Descriptions will get u a warning. Multiple warnings will lead to more serious repercussions, such as disabling downloads and being banned.
• Use a decent description. When you create a torrent make sure that others can decide if they will download your torrent only by looking at the description. Many of us are interested in technical details so... post tech specs like: sound, video size/bitrate, runtime and additional information.

Description Summary:

• [Mediainfo] is a good program used by most of the uploaders to get technical specs.
• You MUST include a picture. Poster or DVD cover preferred. If unavailable, screenshots are acceptable.
• You MUST include a plot, or general description of the movie. Search IMDB or Google, if you don't like writing yourself.
• If your upload does not contain English subtitles, please indicate it in your description by adding "No English Subs"
• If your upload only contains a dub audio track, but not the original language audio track, add "Dub Only" to your description and/or title.
• {Optional} Uploader comments are for comments, reviews links or text, and miscellaneous pictures. The more info you provide, the more popular your upload will be.
• For Music uploads, your description MUST contain the photo of the album(If N/A then Group/Artist photo will suffice) and track listing.
• You MUST put a warning label at the top of your description for movies containing: extreme violence, sexual content, nudity, and movies labeled Cat 3. ()
• If you can't seed your torrents continuously then you MUST state the available times you can seed or risk having your torrents deleted.
• Please place your uploads in the appropriate category. Ie Don't place TV Dramas series in their native language category place them in TV Dramas
• Any movies that were approved by staff MUST have 'APPROVED BY {Staff member's username}' in BOLD letters so they are NOT nuked.

• For Scene releases please include .NFO files with information on the release. Please use the information from the NFO to fill out compulsory information.
• NEVER rename scene releases, by renaming the files it will mean that nobody else with the file can jump on and help seed it.
• {Optional} Note: if you don't want anyone who has the same files to jump on while you are initially seeding then STATE it your description. You may also state limits with those who have high bandwidths or seeding limits but staff will NOT enforce these rules, with the bonus system in place there should be other ways to improve your ratio.
• For software releases, do NOT post serials or CD-keys in a torrent description, include a .txt file or a keygen within the torrent instead.
• ANY TORRENTS FOUND INCOMPLETE, NON COMPLIANT, POOR DESCRIPTION, ONE LINE DESCRIPTIONS, SMILEY GIF ONLY, OR BLANK WILL BE DELETED WITHOUT WARNING!!!!

Duplicate releases:

• Always search the tracker (Search Torrents [HERE].
  • Include AKAs (Also Known As) in your searches
  • Broaden searches to include keywords only in titles. I.e. The Wedding Days...search enter wedding as keyword search for title.
• If your movie has already been uploaded, read the Duplicate releases section below:
  • You may upload if your release is of lesser or higher quality. I.e. 100mb to 1.0gbs-lesser 1.01gbs-and up.-Higher
  • You may upload if your release has different features. I.e. Soft subbed version over a hard subbed version//Different Language version: Cantonese/Mandarin
  • You may upload if your release is ripped from a different version. I.e. R5, Retail, Blu Ray are considered different.
  • You may upload if your release is identical, but the existing torrent has been dead for over 15 weeks. (PM A MOD for deletion of previous torrent)
  • You may upload if your release is a different file type. Review allowable file typesI.e. Avi, Mkv, Rmvb, etc are considered different.
  • You MAY NOT upload if your release is identical, AND the existing torrent has seeds.
• Various scene releases are allowed to coexist without being considered duplicates as long as they have size difference.
• Conversely, one home rip, or other non-scene version may be uploaded if one doesn't exist already AND a scene release doesn't exist and meet the above rules set
• ONLY one version can exist on site and meet the above rules.
• Torrents violating these rules will be NUKED without warning.

Finally

• Staff reserves the right to remove any file(s) they deem inappropriate and they have final say and is NOT up for discussion or complaint.
• Failure to comply with these rules will result in a warning (You've been WARNED), and your torrent will be deleted.
• Repeat offenders will have their downloads disable or status changed or worse permanently banned.
• If you have something interesting that somehow violate these rules, ask a mod and we might make an exception.
• If you are unsure whether you can upload a specific torrent then contact a member of staff.
• Speeds will be monitored by staff.
• These restrictions have been put in place for the good of the site.

[The site reserves the right to change and amend rules accordingly. The rules are here to keep the site and their members in order. Have some courtesy and use some common sense when you are on the site. There are no rules for staff. Staff do as they will and see fit, they were chosen for their logical and judgment of situations, and in addition, being able to view the bigger picture. Their decisions are FINAL!!!!. Don't complain, don't push staff or piss them off, otherwise you'll find yourself looking for your fix somewhere else.]
