Best, Smallest and Easy-to-Use Video Converter?

Best: probably megui
smallest: wtf? they are all 500kb to 5mb, why would you care?
easiest to use: imho staxrip

what you might be actually looking for is something like "super" ... also easy to use, but actually crap.
... or maybe you are just looking for a random site, that converts flashvideos to avis? then any is fine.

Super is great for videos to mp4 for mobiles. But for mkv to avi, it sucks. I will try imho staxrip.

i use xilisoft video converter...
supports many formats and does the job really well! :)

well i dl alot of hong kong dramas from a local hong kong site, and it's known that alot of chinese/hong kong movies and drmams are all in RMVB format. i know most people dont like it and their media player wont play them, so do you guys know of a good converter that converts rm to other formats? and free? :P

try searching for a program called any video converter.
it supports many programs easy to use, and best of all free!

Please do not convert any movies you downloaded somewhere and upload them elsewhere except when you got the original DVD or Blu-Ray material.

RMVB sucks, but a re-encode no matter to what other format would suck even more.
If rmvb is the best quality you can get, just upload it in that format.
